Completed in April 2013, the 2 bed lodge is a new build 1 storey building and is constructed using the latest techniques whilst keeping a traditional natural stone exterior. The lodge boasts underfloor heating and an en suite master bedroom. The lodge is south facing and has a commanding views down the valley towards Llangollen and Dinas Bran castle. The cottage has a full HD television in the lounge and also a television in the master bedroom. There is parking for 3 cars. The lodge is disability friendly being on one level. and all the internal doors are 2'9" wide

There are 2 double bedrooms, each has a fitted wardrobe and dressing table with mirror. The master bedroom has an ensuite wet room which has fitted units and plenty of storage.

Main Bathroom

The Bathroom is tiled throughout and has a bath with shower-over-bath facilities. There are fitted units along one wall and a backlit mirror and abundant storage.

Cloak/Utility room

The cloakroom/utility room has coat hanging facilities and has a sink and washing machine. There is racking and cupboard storage.
