There are  magnificent views across the countryside and outside a private 8 seater hot tub to take advantage of its position.

Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen with island unit and a separate breakfast room  accessed through oak framing. There is a dining room with a large dining table which can seat 10 . The lounge area has three settees  and a beautiful inglenook fireplace with a functioning log burning stove. The downstairs bathroom is extremely large with a double ended victorian bath and a separate shower enclosure. The unique bathroom has high quality fixtures and fittings.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two  double bedrooms, and two twin bedrooms. Access to one twin room is through one of the double bedrooms.  There is an upstairs toilet/ cloakroom on the landing easily accessed by all the bedrooms. There is a basin and WC located on the first floor landing, easily accessible by all bedrooms, so you don't need to venture downstairs in the middle of the night.

There is off-road parking available next to the property, as well as a shared carpark a few metres away.
